Bill is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, splitting time between Boston and New York. He currently leads the firm’s Financial Services industry specialization. Prior to joining Audax in 2021, Bill was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, and previous to that a Director at UBS Investment Bank.

Bill brings deep experience across various industry verticals including asset and wealth management, banking, business and professional services, financial technology, insurance services and distribution, and specialty finance.

Bill received a B.A. from Middlebury College.
