Steve is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in San Francisco. Before joining Audax in 2019, Steve worked for Great Point Partners, where he focused on evaluating and executing leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments in the Healthcare Industry. Over the past 15 years, Steve has been involved with more than 20 platform companies.

Steve focuses on the healthcare sector and has experience across various industry verticals including pharma services and supply chain, medical devices and products, healthcare information technology and healthcare services.

Steve received a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
