Sergio is an Executive Vice President and CFO for the Audax Private Equity Funds, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2013, Sergio was an Assistant Vice President of Hedge Fund Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Sergio received a B.S. from Northeastern University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
