Sam is a Director of Financial Due Diligence for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Sam was a Manager in the Deals practice at PwC where he focused on Financial Diligence.

Sam is a Chartered Professional Accountant and received a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Queen’s University in Canada, where he also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
