Rebecca Walker

Rebecca is a Managing Director, Talent, at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Rebecca was a Managing Director, Talent Management & Development at Wellington Management. Rebecca previously served as the Head of Learning & Development at Capital One; founded Traverse Executive Coaching; and began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she served as a Senior Consultant. Rebecca received an M.A. from the University of Derby, a B.A. First Class, from Newcastle University, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Leeds University.
