Prayag is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Support, within the Office of the CIO at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax, Prayag was a director at PwC, and previously served as a managing director at FTI Consulting, and a digital strategy consultant at BrainML (which he founded). Prior to that, Prayag served in various roles as an industry-agnostic digital/technology strategist in the marketing and advertising industry.

Prayag holds a dual-degree executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
