Pam is a Senior Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. During her tenure at Audax, Pam has been a member of the investment team and more recently focused on operations. In addition to her deal experience, for more than ten years Pam has been involved in all aspects of Audax Private Equity’s operations with a particular focus on business development and human capital management, including hiring, training and professional development of the investment team as the organization has scaled from 15 to more than 100 professionals. Prior to joining Audax in 2002, Pam worked at The Parthenon Group in strategy consulting.

Pam earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College where she was a member of the women’s alpine ski team.
