Oliver is a Senior Advisor for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2000, Oliver worked as a Case Team Leader in Bain & Company's LBO Group, where he advised private equity clients on strategic due diligence issues. Oliver also worked as a manager in the Corporate Audit Staff at General Electric Company.

Oliver received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Cornell University.
