Molly Lawrence is a Director of Talent Management and Development for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2021, Molly worked at Bain & Company where she was a Manager in the Human Resources department focused on talent development and strategy. Prior to that, Molly was a Vice President of Investor Relations at Oakum Bay Capital.

Molly received a B.A. in English and Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
