Mark Cordes

Mark is a Managing Director in Capital Markets at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2008, Mark was one of the founding Managing Directors of NewStar Financial, Inc, focusing on providing customized financing solutions to middle market companies. Prior to NewStar, Mark worked in FleetBoston’s Financial Sponsor Group and Bank of America’s Corporate Banking Group. Mark received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from Babson College.
