Keith Palumbo

Keith is a Partner and Co-President at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston, overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the firm. Prior to joining Audax in 2000, Keith worked at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, the private equity operation of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Prior to DLJ, Keith worked at Chemical Banking Corporation. Keith received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
