Keith is a Partner and Co-President of Audax Private Equity, based in Boston, and in this capacity helps to oversee the strategic direction and operations of the firm and also helps to lead the firm’s Healthcare industry specialization. Prior to joining Audax in 2000, Keith was with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, the private equity operation of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., where he worked on private equity investments and, to a lesser extent, equity-oriented mezzanine investments. Prior to working at DLJ, Keith worked at Chemical Banking Corporation.

Keith received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
