Haegin is a Vice President on the investment team of Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Haegin was a Principal and founding member of Boston-based private equity firm Exeter Capital. Previously, she served in investment roles at Castanea Partners and Advent International and began her career as an M&A investment banker at Credit Suisse.

Haegin earned a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences through the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology (M&T) at the University of Pennsylvania.
