Lizzy is the Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2018, Lizzy worked at Affiliated Managers Group and Jones Day where she focused on financing matters and mergers & acquisitions.

Lizzy received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Trinity College.
