Beth is a Managing Director of Investor Relations for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2025, Beth was a Managing Director at Wellington Management, where she spent over 24 years. Having joined Wellington out college, she most recently served as a Managing Director and Director of the firm’s Americas Institutional Group, where she was a COO helping to oversee the firm’s institutional client and sales organization. Previously, she served as a Managing Director and Director of Client Service Management for the Americas region and, before that, as a Managing Director and Director of Investor Services in North America.

Beth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Fitchburg State University.
