Dan is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer for Audax Group. Prior to joining Audax in 2006, Dan was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP where he represented corporate and institutional clients on a variety of matters. Prior to Ropes & Gray, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark L. Wolf, United States District Judge for the District of Massachusetts.

Dan received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and an A.B. in History from Dartmouth College.
