Charlie is a Senior Vice President and Associate Tax Counsel for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2018, Charlie worked at Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC where he advised on a variety of transactional tax matters.

Charlie received a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown and a B.A. from Boston University.
