Byron is a Managing Director, Strategy and Counsel at Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2013, Byron was a Partner at Goodwin Procter. Prior to Goodwin, Byron was an Associate at both Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault and Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian. Byron received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Boston College.
