BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), has completed the sale of RESA Power, LLC (“RESA” or the “Company”) to Blue Sea Capital (“Blue Sea” or “BSC”), a private equity firm based in West Palm Beach, FL.
Founded in 2003, RESA Power is a leading provider of electrical life extension products and services to a broad variety of end markets. The Company specializes in servicing major power distribution & control markets, and stocking obsolete & hard-to-find inventory. Under Audax’ ownership, RESA has successfully completed nine add-on acquisitions, expanding the Company’s footprint across the United States and into Canada, and bolstering its existing capabilities with complementary product and service offerings. RESA is headquartered in Houston, Texas with ~250 employees company-wide.
